Paper Submission

All papers presented during the HVIS 2015 will be published in Elsevier’s Procedia Engineering.  A copyright release will be required by Elsevier if your paper is ultimately accepted for presentation and inclusion in the proceedings.  Please utilize the Author Guidelines and Paper Template when writing your paper.  Papers are limited to 8 pages in length using the format and template provided.  Deadline to submit your draft paper is October 21, 2014.

Papers must be presented during the HVIS 2015 conference, either orally or as a poster
Provide full contact information, including email address for the corresponding author
Limited to 8 pages in length (using formatting on paper template)

Upload your paper at http://edas.info/16923

• On your user homepage, click the Title of Paper you wish to upload
• Before uploading your file, please make any necessary corrections to the paper information (i.e. Paper Title; Author correction; Keywords)
• To upload final manuscript log in to EDAS and click on My...> My Papers> (select the paper title) > final manuscript
• Browse for the correct file and upload your paper document (format type: Microsoft Word doc)
